  • 1- The Customer who had already paid the swim classes membership Fees, and has already attended more than 3 swim classes will not be entitled to refund the Membership Fees.
  • 2- The Customer who had already paid the swim classes membership Fees, and has attended less than 3 swim classes will be entitled to a refund of the remaining amount of the swim classes membership fees after deducting the amount of the actual attended swim classes membership fees ( Based on per classes Fees structure ) and an additional deduction of 15% of the original total membership fees for registration and administrations fees.
  • 3- The customers who had already paid the swim classes membership fees, and didn't attend any swim classes, will not be entitled to a full refund of the membership fees and has no Rights to claim the membership fees. Except for a partial notice to SwimAmerica management with a medical excuse or travel outside the country of Kuwait ( Documents needed).
  • 4- All the swim classes memberships fees include all holidays, breaks, and any potential scheduled or unscheduled interruptions of the swim classes due to matters beyond our reasonable control, e.g., weather or maintenance. And the customer has no right to claim the swim classes membership fees for the above-mentioned reasons.
  • 5- SwimAmerica management will not allow refunding the paid swim classes membership fees in cases of sick leaves, sick days, holidays, exams, and transportation excuses. The management will force the makeup classes policy.
  • 6- The Swim classes Membership fees cover the swim classes services approved by SwimAmerica management and do not contribute to personal training, as all efforts will be implemented to make sure that the training schedule is still appropriate and continuous, and can cancel the swim classes replace the swim coaches in case of disability, illness, pool Birthday parties, competitive tournaments, pool maintenance, Annual vacations and weekends Day off .
  • 7- In order to make up the missed swim classes due to customer/member Sickness or Traveling outside Kuwait, concern documents should be submitted like a Medical report/ Air ticket respectively.
  • 8- The swim classes' membership fees cover the approved number of swim classes only and are based on each pool location's terms only.
  • 9- The swim classes' membership fees paid during Exhibitions, special offers, and any Discounts are non-refundable.
  • 10- SwimAmerica swim classes fees charges per class as follows:
  • A- 10 KD per member - Group swim classes - all ages.
  • B- 15 KD per Baby - Babies swim classes - infants
  • C- 25 KD per member - Private swim classes - All ages
  • D- KD 30 per 2 members - semi-private classes - All ages
  • 11- Parents or Guardians are responsible for their children's safety before, during, and after their swim classes. parents or guardians should be with their children at all times. SwimAmerica management is not responsible in case of any accidents or loss of their children.


Prior to selecting your class of interest, your child must undergo an assessment, in order for us to determine his/her level and which school they are eligible to be in, you may do the assessment during our working hours.

As the parents or legal guardian of the above named student-athlete, I give my consent for his/her participation in the Team’s training program and athletic events and the physical evaluation for that participation. I understand that this is simply a screening evaluation and not a substitute for regular healthcare. I also grant permission for treatment deemed necessary for a condition arising during participation of these events, including medical or surgical treatment that is recommended by a medical doctor. I grant permission to trainers and coaches as well as physicians or those under their direction who are part of the athletic injury prevention and treatment, to have access to necessary medical information/records/documentation. I know that the risk of injury to my child/ward comes with participation in sports and during travel to and from play, meets and practice. I have had the opportunity to understand the risk of injury during participation in sports through meetings, written information, or by some other means. My signature below indicates that to the best of my knowledge, my answers to the above questions are complete and correct. I understand that the data acquired during these evaluations may be used for research purposes.


  • No swimmer may use the pool unless it is officially open and the Coaches are on duty.
  • Admission to the pool may be denied for any condition or evidence, which in the opinion of the manager would jeopardize the health and safety of the membership.
  • No running allowed. Patrons must walk in pool and restroom areas.
  • Running, pushing, causing undue disturbance, or any conduct that may endanger the welfare of self or other patrons is prohibited.
  • Children under 5 years of age or non-swimmers must be supervised at all times and are not allowed to be in the water only under the Coach’s consent.
  • Proper swimming attire must be worn. T-Shirts are discouraged and will be allowed only at the Coach’s discretion.
  • Spitting, blowing of nose into the pool or onto deck, improper public displays of affection, and profanity are prohibited.
  • Food and drinks are not permitted on the deck.
  • Glass containers or breakable objects of any kind are not permitted in the pool area, restrooms, or outside deck.
  • All injuries occurring within the pool area or restrooms must be reported to the Coach on duty immediately.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the pool gates.
  • No animals inside the pool area.
  • Items left in pool area at the end of the day will be placed in the pool’s lost and found.
  • The Manager or Coach on duty has the authority to enforce these rules and may remove any patron who violates these rules from the program.
  • Fights, disputes and or arguments, between parents and or swimmers will not be tolerated and will jeopardize the swimmer’s eligibility to continue in the program.


Instructions to Parents

For the health and safety of swimmers, children under 4 years old and children with special needs should follow the below instructions before starting their swimming lessons:

 - Infants and children 4 years old and younger must wear a swim diaper.

- Children with special needs must were a swim diaper for all ages.

- Children to use the shower before they start taking swim lessons .

- Children to use the toilet before they start taking swim lessons and after 25mins during classes.

- Never allow a child with diarrhea or other Diseases to swim.

- Parents should be aware of these instructions.
